SHOTOENとは山形の旬の野菜を中心にした新しい薪火料理を提供する食の空間です。ロゴマークは薪をイメージさせる様なシンボルを使用して文字は山形県の新鮮な野菜を感じさせる様なオーガニックなラインを使用してお店の雰囲気を感じさせる

SHOTOEN is a food space offering new wood-fired dishes centered on seasonal vegetables from Yamagata Prefecture. The logo uses a symbol that evokes the image of firewood, and the logo type uses organic lines that evoke the fresh vegetables of Yamagata Prefecture to create the atmosphere of the restaurant.
